The operator and program supervisor of HTCC, Wendy Seol, has more than 20 years of experience as a program supervisor, Montessori educator and kindergarten teacher with a university degree in Early Childhood Education. She has been teaching 0~12 year-olds at child care centers and preschools since 1995.

These centres were well known for their special programs such as Montessori, Reggio Emilia, Waldorf and Project Approach. This experience enables her to make and implement her own play-based curriculum. Her preschool curriculum has proven successful in preparing children to enter kindergarten. She also has talents and experience in music & arts lessons and piano. Wendy has a passion for Child Education and is looking forward to bringing her experience in Child Care and Education to Happy Time Child Care Program.
